"Shoot if you see any movement."
―The Nihil, to their companion[1]

A humanoid individual was a member of the Nihil marauders.[1] In 229 BBY,[2] they were stationed at a base on the moon Astenban that the Nihil had recently occupied. On the moon, another Nihil complained to them that there was nothing to eat there. They to responded by telling their companion that they were such a bad shot they would be unable to kill it, to which their companion replied that they would only need one shot. The Nihil then noticed the Banchiian Shosho, who had tripped and was on Astenban as part of a mission to deny the base to the Nihil. The two Nihil shot at Shosho with their blasters and pursued him. As Shosho hid under some plants, the Nihil told their companion to shoot if they saw any movement. Upon hearing a noise, the two Nihil began shooting at Shosho again, but the Force-sensitive creature Zimtok then made a noise to divert their attention, and the two Nihil ran away, believing they were still in pursuit of Shosho. The Nihil wore a gas mask with an Eye of the Nihil insignia on it.[1]
