Although this article is based on canonical information, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

An individual served as the Imperial Prefect of Mos Eisley spaceport, Tatooine, early in the Galactic Civil War. Just prior to the Battle of Yavin, the Prefect hired the Kubaz spy Garindan ezz Zavor to find two missing droids, R2-D2 and C-3PO.[1]
