A Human male individual served as a captain with the Coruscant Security Force during the Cold War between the Galactic Republic and the reconstituted Sith Empire.
Biography
In the aftermath of the Sacking of Coruscant by the Imperials, the Old Galactic Market sector of Coruscant was taken over by the Migrant Merchants' Guild. In a bid to have them forciably removed, around 3643 BBY,[2] Senator Vanara Kayl, leader of Coruscant's government, ordered the Coruscant Security Force under Security Chief Winborn to an attack and force the guild out. At the time of the attack, the Guild was initiating a terrorist plot by attempting to hack into Coruscant's secure skylane infrastructure in order to disrupt it and cause thousands of speeders to fall on the Senate Building. The Guild also disrupted communications between the CSF officers and Senator Kayl. Winborn ordered this individual who attempt to re-establish communications.[3]
