A Pyke Syndicate splinter faction led by Baron[1] Grott[2] set up a makeshift city on the moon Black Rock in order to run the Varl Tournament podracing event while secretly breeding[1] Kayfoundo Kapa.[2] The city was abandoned when the creatures overran it[1] in 29 BBY[3] and abandoned.[1]
