This species was a sentient species that existed[1] on the planet B-bel.[2]

Biology and appearance

This bipedal near-human species was distinguished by the pair of fleshy horns extending from the upper corners of their foreheads, as well as their natural heterochromia, with one being blue and the other being gold. It was not fatal for their horns to be removed.[1]

Species in the galaxy

Some time towards the beginning of the reign of the Galactic Empire,[3] the Empire occupied the planet B-bel, killing many members of their species and kidnapping at least one more, the son of a woman named Loi'e.[1] By sometime between 1 ABY and 4 ABY,[3] the Imperials still maintained a presence on their world, with many members of this species remaining outwardly accommodating towards their occupiers, while secretly allying with the Alliance to Restore the Republic under the lead of Loe'i, who had become a performer, to gain valuable intel. Eventually, however, Loi'e forwent their efforts during an assassination attempt directed at an Imperial Security Bureau officer she believed to be responsible for killing her son, only to learn it was her missing son at the last moment, with the rebel cell deciding to spare him while escaping Loi'e's Follies, leaving him conflicted over his heritage and loyalties.[1]

Behind the scenes

This species made their first appearance in the Star Wars: Visions Volume 2 episode The Spy Dancer, directed by Julien Chheng, written by both Chheng and Gabrielle D'Andrimont, and produced by Studio La Cachette.[1]
