Uliaff ke Unthos was a male Human Adumari from the nation of Cartann on the planet Adumar. He served as the Minister of Notification and was responsible for sending out notification letters to the family members of Cartann duelists, informing them of the death of their kin.
In 13 ABY, ke Unthos had the honor of being introduced to General Wedge Antilles during Red Flight's—a group composed of Rogue Squadron veterans—diplomatic mission to the planet.[1]
He wore a perfume that seemed to Antilles as sweet and strong as an orchard full of rotting fruit.[1]
