USV-5 Modified Landspeeder

The USV-5 Modified Landspeeder, sometimes referred to as just the USV-5, was a transport vehicle that saw some use during the Galactic Civil War.

Orrin Gault owned a USV-5 shortly after the Clone Wars; considered a luxury vehicle for such a backwater as Tatooine, it helped Gault keep up appearances as a successful moisture farmer despite being secretly in crippling debt to Jabba the Hutt. Gault's speeder was destroyed in a Bantha stampede.^[1]

Hilbrun owned a USV-5 Modified Landspeeder named the General Dodonna.^[2]

Behind the scenes

The USV-5 Modified Landspeeder is a vehicle in the massively multiplayer online role-playing game Star Wars Galaxies. It has been used in several locations as part of the setting but wasn't usable by players until 2009, when it became available as a reward in the Chronicles system.
