Twakuhka was a friend of a pair of cantankerous prospectors known as Gido and Gulu who were long-time residents of Rambler's Reach Outpost on the planet Koboh.[2] By 9 BBY,[1] Twakuhka died via incineration while juggling thermal detonators.[2]

In 9 BBY,[1] Gulu and Gido tried to prove to the Jedi Knight Cal Kestis that they had made attempts at friendship in the past, listing Twakuhka along with several other deceased friends.[2]

Twakuhka was mentioned during an optional conversation in the 2023 Respawn Entertainment video game Star Wars Jedi: Survivor.[2]
