The turbo impellor was an engine component on Incom Corporation's T-65 X-wing starfighter[1] and Kuat Systems Engineering CloakShape fighter.[2] Turned by hot exhaust from the Fission Chamber, the impellor drove the Turbo generator blades at slow speeds. When the Turbo generator operated above idle or the power draw was low, the impellors locked into place.[1]
