Biography
Day time bustle
Tu-Shaz was a humanoid who worked as a scrap dealer in the street markets of Olega City on the planet Olega during the High Republic Era. They trawled the world's tidal basins in search of metallic and plastic refuse that they then cleaned up and sold at the market.[1] In 132 BBY,[2] Tu-Shaz was stood at the top of a set of steps leading to a doorway opposite the Olega Apothecary in Olega City when the Sith assassin Mae-ho Aniseya passed by to meet with her ally Qimir in the apothecary.[3]
Tu-Shaz sold scrap in the streets of Olega City.
Later that day, Tu-Shaz was operating a stall opposite the entryway into the Olega Jedi temple when a group of offworld Jedi interrogated the street urchin[3] Guthan Archi[1] there. The scrap dealer was then back near the apothecary when Qimir later returned to the shop and was still in the streets nearby, now holding a camtono, when Aniseya's twin, Verosha Aniseya, followed in after Qimir.[3]
Night time chaos
Later that night, Tu-Shaz was in the streets adjacent to the apothecary again when Jedi Master Sol and Jedi Knight Yord Fandar confronted Mae-ho there to try and arrest her. The scrap dealer ran through the streets away from the commotion as Sol's Padawan Jecki Lon piloted the Polan-717 Jedi transport Polan GX-8 over the street and announced Mae-ho's arrest over the speaker. Tu-Shaz was then walking in a crowd on another street when Mae-ho, having escaped the Jedi, dashed past as the scrap dealer raised both arms toward a human and then spoke with them.[3]
Tu-Shaz witnessed Mae-ho Aniseya's escape from the Jedi and her sister.
Mae-ho was then hit by a C/L-22 Karozzin landspeeder and subdued its driver,[3] Nosli Tilbruk,[1] before trying to commandeer it. Verosha then emerged and began firing stun blasts at Mae-ho, hitting the walls around her as the assassin activated the speeder and raced away past Tu-Shaz, who was looking up at the walls around them. With a hand on the shoulder of a different human, the scrap dealer then turned to watch Mae-ho's escape, following a few steps after her vehicle as it passed into an arched entryway.[3]
Personality and traits
Tu-Shaz had dark skin.[1]
Equipment
While in the market, Tu-Shaz wore green robes with a brown cape and a tan hat on which was mounted a device connected by orange tubes to a gray face mask the scrap dealer used. They also had bracelets on each of their arms.[1]
