Captain Tost was an individual who was an officer in the InterGalactic Banking Clan's Collections and Security Division. Leading the Iotran Guard, the captain was tasked with protecting the company's planetary collection of vault worlds, with assistance from IG-100 MagnaGuards. When the Clone Wars took place,[1] fought from 22 BBY until 19 BBY,[2] Tost and the Banking Clan sided with the Confederacy of Independent Systems in their efforts against the Galactic Republic, incorporating both the captain and Iotran Guard into the Separatist Droid Army.[1]

Behind the scenes

Tost was introduced in the current Star Wars canon in Rise of the Separatists, a 2019 supplement to Fantasy Flight Games' series of Star Wars Roleplaying products.[1] In the Star Wars Legends continuity, the character of Riklon Tost was originally created for Geonosis and the Outer Rim Worlds, a 2004 sourcebook for the Star Wars Roleplaying Game published by Wizards of the Coast.[3]
