Tora-Asi's lightsabers^[4] were two green-bladed lightsabers utilized by the Jedi Lily Tora-Asi during the High Republic Era.^[1] The two lightsabers were identical^[5] and had distinctive handguards.^[3]

Behind the scenes

Tora-Asi's lightsabers first appeared simultaneously in the first volume of the manga series Star Wars: The High Republic: The Edge of Balance^[1] and in "The Banchiians," a bonus chapter included in the volume.^[6] The main volume was written by Justina Ireland and Shima Shinya, and it was illustrated by Mizuki Sakakibara.^[1] "The Banchiians" had a story written by Shima, was storyboarded by Sakakibara, and was illustrated by Nezu Usugumo.^[6] The volume was published by Viz Media on September 7, 2021, as part of the Star Wars: The High Republic multimedia project's Phase I.^[7] They were identified as Tora-Asi's lightsabers in Star Wars: The High Republic: The Lightsaber Collection, a 2024 reference book written by Daniel Wallace.^[4] Concept art of the lightsabers was created by Sakakibara.^[8]
