Toniray Chardonnay was a type of toniray, a variety of wine[1] originating on the Core Worlds planet Alderaan.[3] In 34 ABY,[4] long after the destruction of Alderaan in 0 BBY,[5] it was served on board the MPO-1400 Purgill-class star cruiser Halcyon. The wine could be consumed by humans and was served on tap either by the glass or by the carafe in both the Sublight Lounge[1] and the Crown of Corellia Dining Room, the latter of which served it during breakfast, lunch, and dinner.[2]

Behind the scenes

Toniray Chardonnay was a wine available at the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser hotel in Walt Disney World Resort, Florida,[1] which opened to the public on March 1, 2022.[6] The out-of-universe beverage is a chardonnay made by Goldshmidt Vineyards in Sonoma.[1]
