Thunder

Thunder was a planet of the Aakaash system, which was ruled by the Land & Sky Corporation. The criminal He Shan of the Vermilion Birds pirates killed Yue Chang, a contact of the Knights of Silver Dawn, at the Oasis Docks on Thunder. A rare metal which was resistant to Blaster fire was mined on the planet and was used in items such as statues and chandeliers for the wealthy. Like Wind, Thunder was one of the industrial centers of the Aakaash system.^[1]

In the original Chinese, Thunder was called 震 (Pinyin: zhen) meaning "thunderbolt" or "quake" and corresponds to the I Ching trigram ☳.
