Thalvus Agyomenidus was a woodworker from Coruscant's 1649th level who was involved with the 4040s, an Imperial activist group. In an assassination attempt on Chandrilan Imperial Senator Mon Mothma, Agyomenidus killed Mothma's aide Zhuna.[1]
Biography
Life and times
Thalvus Agyomenidus was raised on Coruscant without a father. After running cargo off-world for six years, he returned to Coruscant and opened a furniture shop.[1]
During the Clone Wars, Agyomenidus became obsessed with Republic Senator Mon Mothma, whom he saw as representing everything corrupt and unprincipled within the Republic.[1]

After the war's end, Agyomenidus joined a radical political group called the 4040s, who were extremely supportive of Galactic Emperor Sheev Palpatine. When Senator Mothma failed to commit her loyalty to Emperor Palpatine, he broke into Mothma's apartment with the intention of killing her and her husband, Perrin Fertha.[1]
Neither Mon nor Perrin were home during the break-in, but Agyomenidus succeeded in killing Mon's aide Zhuna, who was sorting Mon's outfits for the next day. After killing Zhuna, he spent forty minutes wandering the house until Perrin arrived and called security, who killed Agyomenidus.[1]
Legacy
When asked about the security team's decision to kill Agyomenidus rather than stun him, the security officer in charge stated that they don't use stun when lives are at stake.[1]
Thalvus Agyomenidus' memorial service was held outdoors in Coruscant's Abbo-Suer District, and attendees shared anecdotes from Agyomenidus' life. Chemish Runazha, cousin of the late Zhuna and a member of Imperial Intelligence, attended the memorial service in hopes of finding out why Agyomenidus had killed their cousin.[1]

According to fellow 4040s member Laevido, Agyomenidus was an idiot, though he had an admirable spirit. He had an obsession with Mon Mothma, and his radical political views led him to attempt to assassinate her.[1]
Skills and abilities
Agyomenidus possessed slicing abilities that enabled him to break into Mon Mothma's apartment. He was also a woodworker capable of building furniture good enough to change his fortunes.[1]
Equipment
During the break-in, Agyomenidus was armed with a black-market slicing kit and a durasteel pipe key designed for opening Coruscant's sewer gates.[1]

Thalvus Agyomenidus was mentioned in the 2025 novel Reign of the Empire: The Mask of Fear, written by Alexander Freed as the first installment of the Star Wars: Reign of the Empire trilogy.[1]
