Thalo Terrix was a male Human who lived on Coruscant during the Cold War between the Galactic Republic and the reconstituted Sith Empire. He was a high-ranking member of the Justicars' Brigade, a vigilante militia that controlled a portion of Coruscant. He was killed by a Republic-allied individual who was pushing back the Justicars' forces from the territory.
