Teeko Soonca was a quiet, reserved Rodian male. He served as a sales executive for a Rodian-run company with Ruku Kooff and Mannee Swaano.
After they were close in finalizing an agreement with a group of off-worlders, the Rodians invited them to a hunting expedition/vacation to a luxurious hunting lodge/resort in a jungle game preserve. As he was the leader of the group, Ruku and Mannee would often go to great lengths to accomplish what Teeko ordered.
Meanwhile, bounty hunters who were after Kooff, broke into their rooms, planted transponders in their luggage, and tampered with their comlinks and power packs.
Indeed, despite the break-in, the Rodians and their customers would proceed as planned, and after attempting to buy supplies from Whool (which sooner or later also proved to be tampered), half an hour on their way to the hunting camp, their sabotaged airspeeder broke down. Stranded in the jungle, the group attempted to find their way back to the lodge through rivers, quicksands and fight predators with their tampered equipment. Swaano proved a troublemaker during the effort.
They spotted an airspeeder beyond some mountains and made a shortcut through some caves, where they had to fight Newoongalls and ambushing bounty hunters, who killed Ruku. The survivors had to leave her body behind to escape the hunters.
Eventually they reached the airspeeder, and found their way back to the lodge. The Chattza Protectors questioned them, and explained they had arranged the ambush as Ruku was in reality a criminal wanted by Navik the Red; he didn't know that Mannee was the source of this information, somehow having seen behind Ruku's false identity.
The two Rodians finalized the deal with the off-worlders, promising a bonus if they kept silent about the embarassing "invonceniences".
