Whool was an unpleasant and rude Rodian who owned a general store in a Hunting lodge of homeworld during the Galactic Civil War.
Bounty hunters were after a Rodian hiding under the identification of "Ruku Kooff", who had come to the lodge during a business hunting expedition. After sabotaging their equipment, they also instructed Whool to sell them tampered equipment in case they decided to replace them, such as busted comlinks, and power packs set to explode. Whool also had a power meter rigged in order to sell them as "fully charged".
