Tassahondee Station was a space station[1] located in a star system in the intersection of the Outer Rim Territories[2] and the Trailing Sectors.[3] Situated within the Parmel sector at the coordinates O-18 on the Standard Galactic Grid,[2] it included a honeycomb of passages that starfighters could maneuver through. Yrica Quell, a TIE fighter pilot in the Galactic Empire's 204th Imperial Fighter Wing, once maneuvered through the station's passages in her fighter while they were riddled with clutterbombs.[1] In 5 ABY,[4] Quell, who had since defected to the New Republic, recalled memories of her service in the 204th, including her time at Tassahondee Station, which she considered more distressing than other experiences.[1]
Behind the scenes
Tassahondee Station was first mentioned in the 2020 novel Shadow Fall: An Alphabet Squadron Novel, the second volume in the Star Wars: Alphabet Squadron trilogy written by Alexander Freed.[1]
