Tarsh maxers were a type of food enjoyed by Human Jedi Padawan Anakin Skywalker. They could be prepared by roasting, which made the food give off a distinctive aroma.[1]
Tarsh maxers were the headliners on the menu of the cantina Panky's on the planet Barlok. Skywalker and his master Obi-Wan Kenobi ate tarsh maxers alongside Padawan Lorana Jinzler at Panky's[1] in 27 BBY.[2]
