Tarand Crowe was a male smuggler and pirate who was active during the time of the New Republic. He was one of the criminals gathered by Zeva Bliss, leader of the Spice Runners of Kijimi, under the guise of a summit on Kijimi, where Bliss intended to eliminate her criminal allies and enemies. The criminals' executions were prevented by former Spice Runner Poe Dameron, and Crowe was able to escape. Crowe directed the severely injured Dameron to a contact of his, Von Tante, elsewhere in Kijimi City.[1]
