Talus Leader was the callsign assigned to the leader of the New Republic Defense Fleet's Talus Group. During the Galactic Civil War, an individual using this callsign was part of an engagement that cornered the Imperial II-class Star Destroyer Victorum in the atmosphere above Yavin Prime. With the help of Captain Wedge Antilles, leading Vanguard Squadron and a boarding team, managed to take control of the ship and fend off Imperial reinforcements.^[1]
