Talus Group was a New Republic battle group following the Battle of Endor which shared its name with the planet Talus. Talus Group participated in the Battle of Yavin Prime during the Galactic Civil War.

Description

Talus Group was a battle group that was part of the New Republic Defense Fleet, which consisted of at least one CR90 corvette marked with green stripes and operated under the callsign Talus Leader. The Group's starfighter complement consisted of RZ-1 A-wing interceptors and T-65B X-wing starfighters, marked with red stripes.[1]

Yavin Prime

Four years after the destruction of Alderaan, Talus Group participated in the Battle of Yavin Prime, which resulted in receiving heavy casualties and the New Republic hijacking the Imperial II-class Star Destroyer Victorum with the aid of Captain Wedge Antilles and Vanguard Squadron.[1]
