SE-14C
The blaster pistols they use aren't SE-14Cs (note the lack of a second scope); they're based on the SE-14r seen in publicity photos for A New Hope (which seems like it could have just been the SE-14C prop after a scope fell off), but since "SE-14r" hasn't been used in canon yet, we can only say the blaster's similar to the SE-14C. Also, why only use "E-11" when the SE-14C and DLT-19 are referred to by their full names?----Toa Quarax(Talk) 01:02, September 11, 2016 (UTC)
- Okay, I definitely see where you're coming from, not very good judgement on my part, sorry. Also, I changed it to E-11 because the sentence reads better without "blaster rifle" repeating in close proximity. However, I chose to keep "heavy blaster rifle", because if I didn't it would sound like I was calling the weapon a DLT-19 blaster rifle. -- Dr. Porter

- Yeah, that reads better. Thanks.----Toa Quarax(Talk) 14:04, September 11, 2016 (UTC)
- What about the baster carbine that is commonly seen being used by them with the large tubular barrel? --GeneralZELITE (talk) 07:57, September 11, 2016 (UTC)
- What about them?----Toa Quarax(Talk) 15:54, September 11, 2016 (UTC)

Capitalization
So, anyone else think we should move this to Death Trooper? It seems to be the more preferred capitalization in official media. -- Dr. Porter (Talk|Contribs) 23:47, November 22, 2016 (UTC)
- I noticed that too, if it's the most common way of being capitalized then it should be moved --Lewisr (talk) 23:50, November 22, 2016 (UTC)
- It seems like Ultimate Sticker Encyclopedia: Star Wars: Rogue One won't be capitalizing death trooper, although the Databank does.----Toa Quarax(Talk) 07:21, November 29, 2016 (UTC)
- Hmm. We should probably keep this in mind for when the rest of the material comes out. Death Trooper seems to be by far the more common capitalization, such as in the databank, in merchandise etc. but a Rogue One tie-in would hold more precedence (though it is a sticker book). I did notice a couple of grammatical errors in the preview though, hopefully the capitalization was also a mistake. -- Dr. Porter
(Talk|Contribs) 08:16, November 29, 2016 (UTC)
- The Rogue One Ultimate Visual Guide also goes by death troopers. Would this be grounds for a change? -- Dr. Porter

Thrawn's squad
Should we make a page for Thrawn's squad of Death troopers that we see in Zero Hour and Flight of the Defender similar to DT-F16's squad? Also, do we know if DT-L21 is part of Thrawn's squad?--Vitus Infinitus (talk) 15:27, November 3, 2017 (UTC)
- I don't think we need to keep making squad pages unless they're actually given a name like Squad 4 etc. As far as I'm aware we don't know that DT-L21 was part of it --Lewisr (talk) 16:11, November 3, 2017 (UTC)
- Okay cool, just wanted to confirm.--Vitus Infinitus (talk) 16:12, November 3, 2017 (UTC)
Unidentified death troopers necessity
Is Unidentified Death trooper (Freighter 2716), Unidentified Death trooper 2 (Freighter 2716), Unidentified Death trooper (Atollon), Unidentified Death trooper 2 (Lothal), Unidentified Death trooper 1 (Lothal) necessary? I don't want this to become something like Unidentified B1 battle droid (Rugosa), Unidentified B1 battle droid 3 (Rugosa), Unidentified B1 battle droid 5 (Rugosa), Unidentified B1 battle droid 6 (Rugosa), and etc. Unless an unidentified character did something noteworthy like Unidentified Imperial Jumptrooper Commander, I don't think we need to make an article for every new unidentified character, and I think there's a policy about that.--Vitus Infinitus (talk) 04:32, November 21, 2017 (UTC)
- I agree. Who keeps creating the Unidentified Death Trooper pages?[[File:80px-PMCS Red Snifit Idle Animated.gif|50px]] Yo.-User:Fan26 (Talk) 14:15, November 21, 2017 (UTC)

The Mandalorian
Hey guys, just a heads up. Death Trooper was leaked on the set, the imagine I seen was blurry, but it is very close to a Death Trooper. This could get changed in time, but here are some articles I found and give me your opinions. We don't exactly know, but in time hopefully we'll see. Links:

Let me know what you think, May the Force be with you, Supreme Commander Raxus (talk) 15:58, December 6, 2018 (UTC)User:SupremeCommanderRaxus
- We don't deal in leaks, best to wait for some official information --Lewisr (talk) 17:10, December 6, 2018 (UTC)
- Understandable. I'm aware of our policy. I thought I would like to let y'all know. Death Troopers were badasses in Rogue One. Supreme Commander Raxus (talk) 17:16, December 6, 2018 (UTC)User:SupremeCommanderRaxus
- Ya, I hope they will be in the show. {Crosses Fingers}. They might prove to be a big threat to the character. Anyways, Just ought to let ya'll know about it. I found it to be interesting because all we get on screen are stormtroopers. Lol. Supreme Commander Raxus (talk) 19:20, December 6, 2018 (UTC)User:SupremeCommanderRaxus
Origine of their name in History
"Death troopers were named by Emperor Palpatine himself to capitalize on rumors about a legendary Imperial Military Department of Advanced Weapons Research project to revive necrotic tissue, which ultimately resulted in the creation of uncontrollable Undead Troopers sometime between 1 and 3 ABY.[source?]"
WTF is this ?
Who some one can write this and say taht the name of somthing created around 15BBY in canon was named from somthing 20 year LATER in legend ?
I'm I'm rather a beginner in the Fandom community so i don't realy know what we must do to have the right to delet somthing (last time i've done that people say that we must discuss about even if it obvious that it's idiocy) - Flamoirs (19/11/20) (and yes sorry for my horrible english i'm french)
- It's not contradictory. The fact that the Undead Troopers were only released sometime during the Galactic Civil War doesn't mean that Project Blackwing (and the rumors of its existence) isn't more ancient. For all we know, the project could date from the earliest days of the Empire. Lelal Mekha

- However; we know the date of thoose event ; the destroyer feel out of control in 1BBY and the event of the novel is exactly Ten weeks later. It can't append before the creation of the Death trooper that we can see already named like this
We can see them at the capture of Galen Erson on 13BBY ! In 1 BBY evrybody already know like this on the Freighter 2716 - Flamoirs (20/11/20)
(and after a moment of research in history i've found taht's you who wigth this; i was not thinking that the person who wrigth this whill respond BUT : where did you find thoose information cause star wars commander look very strange as sources
and we have no way to verify the information cause no of thoose information on the net and cause the game is shut down since june) —Unsigned comment by Flamoirs (talk • contribs)
- Star Wars: Commander was released after the Legends/Canon split of 2014, and was regularly updated with new elements that appeared in canon-only sources. And yes, even though it was mostly a Clash of Clans-like game, it did have a main storyline and seasonal campaigns, and there's no reason to doubt their canonicity. As regards its verifiability, you can still find let's plays on Youtube. Lelal Mekha
