Oppo Rancisis

A Padawan for Oppo Rancisis?

Is this a new female Nautolan Jedi-Knight in The Clone Wars?

Or it this not from The Clone Wars?

Where does it say Oppo Rancisis will be in this episode? 131.111.234.142 16:55, 10 January 2009 (UTC)

  • Presumably nowhere. Removed. -- I need a name (Complain here) 17:02, 10 January 2009 (UTC)
    • I've removed thisspians(sp?) from the sentient species list. I believe it was only because Oppo Rancisis was posted as being in this episode.--Xinder 17:11, 10 January 2009 (UTC)
      • Seeing as Oppo Rancisis died on Saleucami long before the Clone Wars show is set, information about Oppo Rancisis or Thispissians is definitely fanon. Lucius malfoy7 23:24, 18 February 2009 (UTC)
        • I hate to say it, but you are wrong regarding the timeline of The Clone Wars show. It is set in the first year of the war, therefore Oppo Rancisis is indeed alive in this time. But Rancisis's presence is complete conjecture (he is nowhere to be seen in the DVD featurette nor was he mentioned as a character).--Darth Paulus JaingHead (May the Force serve you well!) 09:29, 21 February 2009 (UTC)

Rancisis is mentioned in the Clone Wars: Untold Stories. Anakin says "swoop in and save Master Oppo" but that doesn't prove he's in this episode. Scrayer 03:31, 5 March 2009 (UTC)User:Scrayer

  • He's mentioned in the Walmart Season Two Sneak Peak, taken prisoner by Cad Bane. NOw I'm sure he's in this one.Scrayer 03:56, September 8, 2009 (UTC)
    • No, he is not. Master Ropal is the one mentioned. CC7567 (talk) 04:58, September 8, 2009 (UTC)
      • But both Ahsoka and Anakin mentioned him. ShaakTi1138 19:18, September 8, 2009 (UTC)
        • It's not confirmed yet. And Per CC, Ropal was mentioned by Ahsoka in the preview. JangFett Talk 19:25, September 8, 2009 (UTC)
          • Ok, if you say so... ShaakTi1138 19:34, September 8, 2009 (UTC)
            • It's Ropal who's already confirmed to have been captured by Bane (and directly linked to the Showdown at Devaron) and Ropal's name that can be heard if you listen closely. CC7567 (talk) 23:35, September 8, 2009 (UTC)
              • Sorry, I did not hear that. Scrayer 08:14, September 9, 2009 (UTC)

Season 2?

Since Hostage Crisis is the last episode of Season 1 can we assume this episode is in Season 2?--Butters4115 17:30, 1 March 2009 (UTC)

  • Not without a source. --CC7567 18:23, 1 March 2009 (UTC)
    • Are we to entertain the implication that it won't air until Season 3(or later), a season that itself has no source? that would be the only possible conclusion.Dangerdan97 21:01, 9 March 2009 (UTC)
      • There isn't a source that states it's officially in Season Two, so I don't believe there's a source, no matter whether or not future seasons are confirmed. --CC7567 20px-Rex.png talk 23:14, 9 March 2009 (UTC)

Commando Suited Ahsoka?

What is meant by Commando suited?? is it the Ahsoka pictured here [[1]]--Butters4115 03:21, 2 March 2009 (UTC)

  • No, Ahsoka wasn't wearing that. She was wearing a full-body (or mostly full-body) dark red suit (same or close to her top's color), but not a helmet. It could have been an animation error that made most of her body appear one color, but I highly doubt it. --CC7567 04:04, 2 March 2009 (UTC)

On a Providence destroyer/carrier?

If you look closely at the flak gun, you can see a ray-shield with space behind it. Since the Providence-class is the only CIS ship with flak guns, is it safe to ad that to vehicles/vessels? ARC Commander Zek 18:45, 15 March 2009 (UTC)

  • Possibly so. VT-16 18:51, 15 March 2009 (UTC)

Page Protection

I think that this page should be protected against edits by anonymous users, because of the frequent speculative and unconfirmed edits. Anyone else? ZEM talk to me! 22:37, 25 March 2009 (UTC)

  • That's fine; I agree 100%. By the way, what are the sources for Poggle and Oppo? Lucius malfoy7 22:59, 25 March 2009 (UTC)
    • No source for either, but Oppo was mentioned by Anakin in A New Score (I have The Clone Wars special edition DVD). But of course, that mention could have been from any episode in Season 2. ZEM talk to me! 00:06, 26 March 2009 (UTC)

Cody and Rex?

What are the sources for Cody and Rex??--Fisto-Arsix 21:44, 31 March 2009 (UTC)

  • I actually haven't seen any. Removing. —CC7567 20px-Rex.png talk 01:51, 1 April 2009 (UTC)

Other Characters

When Anakin attacked Cad Bane on the LAAT/c, is that Denal's armor he is wearing? And should we put Nautolan in the species list, or is that in Holocron heist????

  • That wasn't Denal's armor unless it's stated in words by a source, and I don't believe Kit Fisto has been confirmed for any specific Season Two episode. Even with the trailer out, there's nothing we can assume as far as appearances, because a video isn't accurate enough, and there's no way of telling which scenes in the trailer belong to which episodes. —CC7567 20px-Rex.png (s)talk 15:56, 8 April 2009 (UTC)
    • He wasn't talking about Kit fisto. He was talking about the baby Ahsoka is holding. It's a Nautolan. Go back and look at the video to see for yourself.--Fisto-Arsix 21:34, 8 April 2009 (UTC)
      • I think it looks more like a Roonan, but nothing about that species can be proved until we get a definitive source. —Lucius malfoy7 Nute777 (Give it up for Lil' 'Soka Tano, ladies and gents!) 21:59, 8 April 2009 (UTC)
        • Sorry, I thought you were talking about Fisto. However, there's no way of telling which episode the scene belonged to (or if that episode is one of the confirmed ones), and the species isn't confirmed either. —22:58, 8 April 2009 (UTC)

On Denal's page it says that Cad Bane wore his armor. Unsigned comment by 216.178.90.129 (talk • contribs)

Season 2?

Well for the preview of Season 2, it did show parts of what looked like Cargo of Doom. Unsigned comment by Csbailey1220 (talk • contribs)

  • Yes, it did, and the episode's already been confirmed to be a part of Season Two. CC7567 (talk) 17:46, 31 May 2009 (UTC)

Pressurized Tights

That isn't a command suit Ahsoka is wearing. According to Star Wars: The Clone Wars: Visual Guide Ultimate Battles, those are pressurized tights she's wearing. 65.34.3.78 21:55, 31 August 2009 (UTC)

  • "Commando suit" has been replaced with "Pressurized Tights," per the visual guide, back in August. JangFett Talk 20:11, September 8, 2009 (UTC)

Death of Cad Bane?

I, (like many others) have seen the premere, and it looks as if Bane was shot down by clones. Is he really dead? --Jedijake123 01:29, October 3, 2009 (UTC)

  • No (spoiler!), he is wearing the armor of one trooper and is in the shuttle in the end. I do not know how he managed to do this. --C-3P0 01:31, October 3, 2009 (UTC)

I DID (spoiler alert) see a clone punch Ahsoka in the face and escape, and I thought thats either a crazed clone, or Cad Bane. I also saw Anakin looking at green blood. --Jedijake123 01:35, October 3, 2009 (UTC)

  • That has to be Cad Bane in the clone armor. I recorded the episode, and it almost appears as if he purposefully fell backwards off the ledge. It's logical to assume that he stowed away on the shuttle, since next Friday's preview showed someone in clone armor jumping out of the shuttle and punching Ahsoka. --ArbiterQ19 01:40 October 3, 2009 (UTC)
    • To clarify this, no, Cad Bane did not die. While Anakin did say he may be dead; however, he still felt him through the Force. The preview for next week's episode did reveal a lot for Children of the Force, and yes, Bane was present. Hopefully the episode guide will further clarify this matter. JangFett (Talk) 01:55, October 3, 2009 (UTC)
  • Then how did he survive the ship blowing up? --Jedijake123 01:57, October 3, 2009 (UTC)
    • While many believe that Bane killed Denal, stole his armor, and entered Anakin's getaway ship; however, this could all be speculation. The episode and the episode guide for next week will most likely clarify this. JangFett (Talk) 01:59, October 3, 2009 (UTC)

Then how do you explain the green blood? A trooper said "This didn't come from from any of our men.". --Jedijake123 02:03, October 3, 2009 (UTC)

  • The green blood is likely Bane's. We may just have to wait until next week to find out. --ArbiterQ19 01:40 October 3, 2009 (UTC)

But unlike real guns, star wars blasters (and lightsabers for that matter), dont extract blood from their victems. --Jedijake123 02:15, October 3, 2009 (UTC)

and, what evidence do we have that banes blood would be green? he is blue, not green.

  • It may not have been a blaster. Assuming the blood is Bane's, it could have come from a cut, or a blow to the head. We'll have to wait till next week, because this really isn't the place to discuss this. Besides, we have red blood, but not red skin. The Doctor K.(No I'm not really a doctor.) 02:23, October 3, 2009 (UTC)
  • Actually, you can hear Babe's voice instead of Denal at the end. Darth Morrt 08:51, October 3, 2009 (UTC)

Alright, I can see several circumstances, using some reason, but it's not fullproof and and is completely speculation.

-#1: I haven't seen anything on the blood color of Torgrutas, and from personal experiance, yes, getting decked in the face does draw blood, so it very well could of been Ahsoka's blood they found. This one is pretty hazy for me, and I honestly don't think it's it. Probably isn't, since it's hard to imagine Ahsoka having green blood.

-#2: It's not a series main's blood, but another minor character's blood: Remember, in the preview, they show several different species, quite easily, this could be blood from one of them. Either means Bane used hand-to-hand combat (which easily draws blood with metal gauntlets), or something that did draw blood (example, a shotgun or any conventional projectile rifle, remember, they do exist in Star Wars, they're just not preferible to Blasters).

-#3: It ain't blood at all, but instead nuclear meltdown or something similar. Hey, it could happen :P (Kidding :D ) Just some theories, that's all. None of this has much in the way of canon basis, and we can't take anything for granted until the episode Children of the Force comes out. Luke Danger 01:27, October 6, 2009 (UTC)

  • I highly doubt that was Ahsoka's blood. Also, please remember that the talk pages are not a place to speculate. :) JangFett (Talk) 01:42, October 6, 2009 (UTC)

Right then, any recomendation on where to move speculation to prevent future instances of on-the-site-speculation? Luke Danger 00:03, October 7, 2009 (UTC)

  • Off mainspace talk pages. Quite basically, anywhere but here. You're welcome to discuss this with other users yourself, but Wookieepedia is in no way a forum. CC7567 (talk) 04:15, October 7, 2009 (UTC)

Stormtrooper?

On the Season 2 DVD, when that clone trooper is killed by that droid on Devaron, the subtittles say "stormtrooper screaming", Can you please unblock the page so I can point that out?Unsigned comment by 121.217.141.104 (talk • contribs)
