Takk was a human technician who served on board the second Death Star^[2] in 4 ABY^[1] during its construction over the forest moon Endor. After Lieutenant Commander Tril Jindrax used a powerful ring stolen from Emperor Palpatine's collection of Sith relics, she found herself unknowingly working alongside reanimated corpses of dead technicians. Frustrated with the odor of the rotting body of one worker drone, she threw a screw it. The drone became enraged, screaming and attacking Takk, slaughtering her. Jindrax soon used the ring to revive Takk's body, adding her to the horde of undead workers.^[2]
