Survival kit

A survival kit was one of the things found inside a starship or starfighter. It contained a number of items like ration bars or medkits that would be needed in order for the user to survive until rescued. They also tended to carry a survival knife, sometimes a blaster, a thermal blanket, a glowrod, grappling hooks, stimpills, high tension wire and other survival items.^[1]
