"I mean, I could slap the repulsor on there now. That's no problem. But without some good durasteel struts it'd shake loose in a day or two."
"And you don't have the struts."
"Not since Surat's guys came through. They took all my best parts to their island."

An island on Lake Amari on the jungle planet Akiva[1] that in 3 ABY[2] served as a base for a criminal gang run by the Sullustan crime lord Surat Nuat. The island consisted of a series of caves and a single landing pad which could support a Sienar-Chall Utilipede Transport.[1] In 3 ABY, [2] members of the gang transported a number of speeder parts, including a set of durasteel struts, to the island that they stole from a local mechanic Temmin Wexley at a nearby junkyard in the Great Basin. After rescuing Wexley from members of the gang and learning of the theft of the struts, a scoundrel named Kay Vess traveled to the island in order to retrieve the struts so Wexley could permanently install a hydro-repulsor to Vess's S57 Cardinal speeder bike. However when she arrived at the landing area a transport departed the island with the struts bound for another one of the gang's bases on Akiva.[1]

Behind the scenes

The island appeared in the 2024 video game, Star Wars Outlaws developed by Massive Entertainment and published by Ubisoft. It was part of "The Scavenger" expert quest which was required to complete as part of the game's story.[1]
