Surabat Valley Harvest Brew is a gose available in the real world to customers at the Oga's Cantina bar and Ronto Roasters restaurant in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge in Disney's Hollywood Studios.[1][2] It first became available in August, 2023.[4]
Surabat Valley Harvest Brew is brewed by Terrapin Beer Company,[4] which is based out of Athens, Georgia.[5] It is 4.5% alcohol by volume with an International Bitterness Unit (IBU) score of 7. Its menu description reads, "Gose that is Kettle-soured, Tart, and Salty with a Watermelon Aroma."[4]
