Strostodons were large birdlike creatures found on the planet Vexos. They walked on two legs and stood about nine feet tall, flightless but able to jump and glide. Strostodons hunted in packs, and emitted loud screeches from their beaks when attacking, or trills when pacified.[1]
The prospector Saretha von Beel and Jedi Master Lee Harro were attacked by a pack of five or six strostodons while exploring the planet Vexos. Saretha was injured by one of them before Master Harro used the Force to calm them and stop their attack.[1]
