"Sure seems like it, Starlight Three. Evasive action!" - ―L'ulo L'ampar and another Starlight Squadron pilot
Starlight Three was the callsign assigned to the third pilot of the Rebel Alliance's Starlight Squadron. During the Galactic Civil War, L'ulo L'ampar used this callsign during Operation Starlight where he flew a RZ-1 A-wing interceptor against Imperial forces.[2]
Behind the scenes
Starlight Three appeared in Star Wars (2020) 10, a comic written by Charles Soule, illustrated by Jan Bazaldúa, and published by Marvel Comics[2] on January 6, 2021.[3] The callsign was used by L'ulo L'ampar,[2] however he later used a different callsign, Starlight Two, in Star Wars (2020) 11[4] published on February 3, 2021.[5]
