Star Wars: X-Wing Rogue Squadron: Mandatory Retirement was the ninth and final story arc in the Star Wars: X-Wing Rogue Squadron comics, and the fourth and final of the "Rise of Isard" arc. It ran from August 5 to November 25, 1998.
Plot summary
Sate Pestage has approached the New Republic with the keys to Coruscant. But when the insidious Ysanne Isard discovers him, he flees to the Ciutric Hegemony. The flyers of Rogue Squadron are called into action along with Team One Commandos to rescue him and secure the future of the galaxy. Delak Krennel, an Admiral in the Imperial Navy, has other plans.
