During the High Republic Era, the Jedi youngling Lys Solay, her pilot friend Nash Durango and Durango's droid RJ-83 encountered a squishy plant with thick leaves and creeper vines. The plant trapped Durango with its creepers and RJ-83 with one of its leaves until Solay watered its base, causing the plant to release its captives. Solay credited fellow Jedi youngling Nubs with teaching her about plants. Durango and Solay realized the plant was thirsty.^[1]
