Snowtrooper Ops, also known as Snowtrooper Operatives or Snowtrooper Scouts, were a group of specialized elite snwotroopers of the Galactic Empire. They specialized in stealth and in reconnaissance and scouting missions. They wore a lighter variant of the white snowtrooper armor and a backpack like other snowtroopers and wielded blaster rifles.[1]
Behind the scenes
The unit first appeared in the 2015 mobile game Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes, developed by EA Capital Games, where they appear as enemies. In the game the Snowtrooper Ops or Operatives and Snowtrooper Scouts are two distinct units with different attacks, but the same character model[1] and as such this article assumes them to be the same group.
