Although this article is based on canonical information, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

An Imperial I-class Star Destroyer was used by Captain Slavin of the Imperial Navy[1] in 1 BBY.[2] Slavin brought the Star Destroyer to the Tonnis sector to rendezvous with Freighter 2716, which was transporting a giant kyber crystal from the Jedha system. The Star Destroyer, along with with the freighter were destroyed when the rebel Saw Gerrera destabilized the crystal in an attempt to stop the Galactic Empire from weaponizing the crystal.[1]
