Skoo Weebe was a Rodian information broker active during the then-ongoing struggle between the Galactic Republic and the reconstituted Sith Empire. He had multiple military officers on his payroll and,[1] by 3643 BBY,[2] was selling military secrets on the open market.[1]
Around that year,[2] an individual associated with one of the two sides in the Republic–Empire struggle sent a companion to slice into Weebe's computers to discover his sources. The companion found a list of the military officers on Weebe's payroll as well as information on the movement of troops of the faction opposing that of their associate's.[1]
Behind the scenes
Skoo Weebe was mentioned in BioWare's 2011 video game Star Wars: The Old Republic in the Crew Skill mission "Secrets for Sale," though the information about the mission's outcome was later removed from the game.[1]

Star Wars: The Old Republic — Slicing Crew Skill mission: "Secrets for Sale"
- ↑ 2.0 2.1 Per the reasoning here, Act I of Star Wars: The Old Republic takes place around 3643 BBY. Since players of The Old Republic can assign their companions on the mission "Secrets for Sale" independently of the main class storyline at any point during the game, the mission must take place at some point around 3643 BBY.
