The silspar was a type of sword used as the traditional weapon of royalty by the Silinese on the planet Siline. The silspar had a long handle and a slightly curved blade the length of a humanoid arm, making it look a bit like a spear with a long blade. It was a versatile weapon that could be used both dexterously with speed or strength and blunt force. The silswift was an older form of the silspar that was intended for lighter-weight warriors and children. The silspar was used as a dueling weapon during the Crowning Convocations.[1]
