Shulxi was a terrestrial celestial body[2] situated in the Shulxi system, a part of the Southern Core portion of the Core Worlds.[1] Its surface featured beaches. Around the time of the death of Emperor Palpatine of the Galactic Empire[2] in 4 ABY,[3] the Human Imperial governor Luthus Tadrin of the Outer Rim Territories' Tadrin sector spent most of this time on the beaches of Shulxi, as well as those of the Core Worlds[2] planet[4] Spira. There, Tadrin squandered his part of the wealth of the Tadrin family as well as bemoaned the decline of the Empire.[2]
Behind the scenes
Shulxi was first mentioned in the 2004 Wizards of the Coast's Star Wars Roleplaying Game sourcebook Geonosis and the Outer Rim Worlds.[2] The 2009 reference book The Essential Atlas placed the Shulxi system, and therefore the celestial body itself, in grid square L-12.[1]
