Ship-scale disruptors were disruptor weapons that the Galactic Empire was trying to scale up technology for space combat applications. It was unclear whether they managed to succeed before its downfall, or even if it was remotely possible to achieve. It, alongside anti-ray shield energy weapons and a restraining bolt-override signal, were among the research materials that members of the First Order were trying to locate, and members of the Resistance were trying to destroy alongside the Imperial lab notes relating to the research were to be found at.[1]
