Sevauran leather was a type of fine leather that could be used to make gloves. Count Dooku of the planet Serenno, a Sith Lord and leader of the Confederacy of Independent Systems, wore a pair of Sevauran leather gloves while on an expedition to the Expansion Region planet Diso during the Clone Wars. Dooku carefully and slowly pulled off the right glove and neatly folded it to tuck under his belt before reaching out his hand to probe the mind of the shaman Ensoor-Koda-Za.[1]
He put the glove back on once he had what he needed, but later took off both gloves, folding them just so and stowing them carefully beneath his belt, before reaching out both hands to use the Force to lift the Temple of Diso from the ground. After the temple had been moved, he very carefully and very slowly slipped his gloves back on.[1]
Behind the scenes
Sevauran leather appeared during a flashback in the 2025 novel Master of Evil, which was written by Adam Christopher.[1]
