Serennian wine was a type of light and fruity wine consumable by humans.[1] The drink partially shared its name with Serennians, residents of the Outer Rim planet Serenno.[2] At some point during the High Republic Era, Jedi Master Elzar Mann enjoyed some of the beverage.[1]
Several years later, Serennian wine was served during the Republic Fair on the Outer Rim planet Valo[1] in 231 BBY,[3] available within the Melahnese Pavilion in the fair's Arts and Culture zone. When the event's coordinator—Samera Ra-oon—acquired two long wine flutes of the beverage for herself and Mann, the former took a sip of her drink as the pair began to converse. Mann did the same, mentally reflecting on the taste of the Serennian wine and how it had been years since he had tasted it last. Shortly afterward, the pair abandoned their wine flutes and left for Ra-oon's apartment.[1]

Serennian wine appeared in the 2021 novel The High Republic: The Rising Storm, written by Cavan Scott[1] for the Star Wars: The High Republic multimedia project's Phase I.[4]
