Samera Ra-oon was a female Valon who resided on the planet Valo during the High Republic Era. When the Galactic Republic hosted the Republic Fair on Valo, Ra-oon held the role of coordinator, tasked with organizing the celebration. She worked alongside Jedi Master Elzar Mann, the Jedi stationed on Valo, and the two became close, eventually having a brief romantic and sexual relationship. Ra-oon survived the subsequent Nihil marauder attack on the fair, and she and her staff assisted survivors in returning home.[1]

She had dark skin, red hair, green eyes, and white teeth.[1]
