Sector 17 was a stretch of land in rebel territory that was scanned by Jerrod Lourdas over Sector 7. Jerrod was then scolded by his Superiors for this.
History
Commander Var Narek placed a Hyperspace transponder on a rock in Sector 17 because he believed that it was too boring for anyone to notice the transponder.[1]
