Scrivinir

The Scrivinir was the leader of the Centrality, a remote sector in the Outer Rim Territories.

History

Although opposing a strong, central governments, a loose coalition of trade and defense agreements in the sector as the Centrality came to exist and was overseen by a position known as the Scrivinir, which meant "head writer" in High Trammic.^[1]

In 3 BBY, Rokur Gepta announced himself as the Central Administrator of the Centrality, and bore the arms of the office.
