Scrimpi was a spicy meat dish, common in cantinas and edible by Humans. The dish consisted of herbivore meat, Soypro, water, and exotic spices, and was covered in glockaw sauce. The Jedi Anakin Solo ordered scrimpi at the Leafy Green tapcafe while investigating a suspected Yuuzhan Vong infiltrator with his aunt Mara Jade Skywalker during the Yuuzhan Vong War.[1]
