The X-8 Night Sniper was equipped with a scope.
A scope was an attachment included in some ranged weapons that allowed the user to fire more accurately through optical enhancement when aiming. The X-8 Night Sniper and most sniper rifles were equipped with scopes.[1]
They included macroscopes,[2] electronic scopes,[3] night vision,[1] and infrared.[4]
