Saw Gerrera's Wrea outpost

An outpost used during the Clone Wars was located on the ocean planet Wrea.

Description

The outpost was located on an island on the planet Wrea. It was built directly into the rock, and although it appeared smaller from outside, it was considerably large on the inside. There were no windows. The entrance led directly into a hallway, with three rooms on either side. The doors could be locked, although many of the rooms were empty. The first room on the right was an office that in reality was mainly used as a storage space by Saw Gerrera until it became Jyn Erso's room. Another one of the larger rooms was filled with bunks that Gerrera's associates would use when they stayed at the outpost. At the end of the hallway was a spacious common room that included a long table surrounded by metal chairs as well as cabinets built into the walls that were used to store food. Gerrera preferred to keep the base stocked with cans of nutritive milk instead of going through the effort of having solid food around.^[1]

History

Following the Clone Wars, rebel extremist and the founder of the Partisans Saw Gerrera took over and cleared out the outpost for his own purposes. It was here that he took a young Jyn Erso after her father was captured by the Galactic Empire.^[1]
