The Sarpazia system was located in the Illodia sector,[1] a part of the Southern Core portion of[2] the Core Worlds.[1] It shared its name with the starship Sarpazian Rose.[3]

The Sarpazia system was mentioned in the StarWars.com Online Companion to the 2009 reference book The Essential Atlas by Daniel Wallace and Jason Fry, which placed it in grid square K-13.[1]
