Sannen was a male Force-sensitive individual who served the Jedi Order as a Jedi General during the Clone Wars. During the battle for the fourth moon of Parein II, Sannen led the Galactic Republic's forces against General Grievous and his Separatist forces. However, Sannen's forces were utterly crushed. Acting with bravely, Sannen decided to attack the cyborg directly, but he was instead stabbed in the throat with an electrostaff by one of Grievous's IG-100 MagnaGuards.[1]

Behind the scenes

Sannen was mentioned in the current Star Wars canon within the English edition of the encyclopedia "Battle Droids and Other Droids of War," which was released in 2023 as part of the Fanhome Star Wars Encyclopedia line.[1]

In the Stars Wars Legends, Sannen was first mentioned in HyperspaceIcon The Story of General Grievous: Lord of War on Hyperspace (article) (content obsolete and backup link not available) a article written by Abel G. Peña and illustrated by Joe Corroney released on February 15, 2006.[2]
