Ryndellia was a celestial object in the Ryndellia system,[3] in the Mid Rim's Ryndellian sector, close to the Outer Rim Territories.[1] It was also close to the Kaliida Shoals Medical Center[5] and the planet Naboo.[3]

During the Clone Wars between the Galactic Republic and the Confederacy of Independent Systems, the Subjugator-class heavy cruiser Malevolence destroyed a Republic medical convoy near Ryndellia.[3]

Behind the scenes

Ryndellia was first mentioned in "Shadow of Malevolence,"[3] the third episode of the first season of the Star Wars: The Clone Wars television series, which aired on October 10, 2008.[6]
